Implementation of the Quality Management System
The directors of Don Alan Pty Ltd will implement a Quality Management System to ensure that the Quality Policy is applied throughout Don Alan, its staff, suppliers, customers and all other interested parties. The Quality Policy applies
The directors will do this by
* Establishing and maintaining a Quality Management System in accordance with the entirety of ISO 9001:2015.
* Complying with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Taking responsibility for the performance of the Quality Management System.
* Ensuring that the resources are available to implement the Quality Policy.
* Reviewing the Quality Policy and Quality Management System annually.
* Reporting on the performance of the Quality Management System annually to customers, share holders, suppliers and staff.
The Scope of the Quality Management System
The Quality Management System shall be in accordance with the entirety of ISO 9001:2015 without exclusion and shall apply to the design, manufacture and supply of electronic assemblies and the provision of intellectual property to customers.
Quality Objectives
Don Alan will identify and implement measured Quality Objectives applicable to all functional areas and levels of the company that will improve the value we deliver to customers. We will do this by reviewing and identifying opportunities, risks, and issues and complaints in consultation with customers, staff and suppliers.
The application of Quality Objectives will also apply to the Quality Management System itself such that the quality management performance will be continually improved.
Quality Objectives shall be reviewed and updated.
The identification, implementation and review of Quality Objectives will be aligned with Don Alan Mission and Don Alan Values.
